Top Tips
- I strongly recommend using a mixture of fruit and vegetables to maximise the health benefits of the smoothie.
- If you want to have bananas in your mix, try not to put in to much because the taste overpowers the more delicate fruit and veg you may be using.
- To make your smoothie more liquid, you can add water, coconut water, natural yogurt or even fresh fruit juice.
- If you use blueberries in your smoothie, it will almost always turn out the colour purple!
